To make an appointment, call (631) 724-6960 during office hours.  When we give you an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you alone.  If you cannot keep an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice.  This makes it possible for another patient to be seen.  Please make an effort to be on time for your appointment so that we can utilize the full time set aside for your treatment.  We realize that your time is precious as well and we will do our very best not to keep you waiting.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless payment arrangements have been approved by our staff.  For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We realize that in some cases a temporary financial problem may affect timely payment of your account.  If such a problem does arise we encourage you to contact us promptly for assistance in the management of your account.  If you have any questions PLEASE do not hesitate to ask us.  We are here to help you but we need your cooperation to do that.

If you have dental insurance we are anxious to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits.  We will be happy to help you process your insurance claim form for your reimbursement but you must realize, however, that 1) Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.  We are not a party to that contract.  2) You are responsible for all charges for treatment in our office.  Your insurance company will reimburse you. Our staff will do their best to make sure you maximize the benefits that are due to you.

X-rays are quite safe today, thanks to high-speed film and special equipment.  You can be assured we have your best interests in mind.  If you have a recent set of X-rays available (taken within the past year) please bring them with you or have them sent to us prior to your appointment.

We realize it is easy to forget about setting up appointments for regular examinations, especially when you are not having any problems.  But routine exams are exactly what you need to protect your dental health.  So, for your dental health and convenience, we will call or send a card to remind you that it is time for your regular checkup appointment.
